But, until then, it's a matter of disciplining ourselves to just do it. I spend most of my time either disciplining myself to do what God asks, or, more often, failing to do it. But, amazingly, the point isn't when I mess up, it's God's ability to continue to restore me and shape and mold me and use me in spite of my failure! The more we become like Christ, the less we will care about convenience. But, until then, it’s a matter of disciplining ourselves to just do it.

I spend most of my time either disciplining myself to do what God asks, or, more often, failing to do it.

But, amazingly, the point isn’t when I mess up, it’s God’s ability to continue to restore me and shape and mold me and use me in spite of my failure!
