		<description>I echo what Jen says, adding that if we want to consider ourselves &quot;spiritually mature&quot; we ought to be willing to see past our own preferences in order to be sensitive to those we are trying to lead. This means standing up for the way we worship when other people complain about it! :)</description>

		<description>Well written, Adam...Beyond great things for worship leaders to think about, you gave any of us who consider ourselves to be &quot;spiritual&quot; a strong challenge, here, too.  Although we all have our favorite songs and styles of songs, we need to come together ready to worship regardless of what is on the set list for that weekend.  If there&#039;s worship going on, let us all jump in with everything we&#039;ve got, whether or not it&#039;s a song we would&#039;ve chosen.  The bottom line is that God is worthy of our worship and He deserves everything we can give!</description>
